Hi

Any ideas how I can get Centos 7 to detect the onboard eMMC during install ? The external 16G eMMC is detected if plugged in.

Hi,

Now the JaguarBoard can't support install Centos7,you can try to use other linux distribution, for example:

Ubuntu, fedora, and so on,you can infer to follows link about support OS:

I understand its not on your list but I was hoping it could be. I want to try this unit as a replacement for our intel atom NUC. We sell them as PBXs using Asterisk and the most stable platform is Centos for this job.

The external eMMc is detected so I assume it could work with the right bios settings, but I'm not expert.

There is no eMMC driver for JaguarBoard in CentOS, so CentOS is not available to be installed into internal eMMC.
The external eMMC, you mean TF card? TF card is not bootable because of BIOS limit.

I think you can use Fedora Server instead of CentOS, have a try?
