Debian is working great on the second board, though the first board I received is definately bad. How do I go about RMA so you can get it back to analyze the issues?

The first board will not boot to a usb drive, nor a cd drive so i cant install anything on it it only goes to EFI shell. The 2nd board had the freezing issue with Ubuntu but it is now working great with Debian Gnome.
