Make sure the power adaptor is strognger than 5v/2a and focus on the leds onboards, tell me how many leds are lighted up when power on the board?

Power 5v 4A, connect only Jaguar Board , only one green led ON.
Screen HDMI blank, Windows 10 not start.
The JaguarBoard , has been working for 9 months 24/h uninterruptedly, with monitor & keyboard attached in USB and Arduino in serial pin with KEYES 3.3V / 5V TTL Logic Level converter module.
