Dear Jaguarboard,

Im using this board for multiple months now, and had no problems so far.
Info: Its updated to win 8.1 with bios update.

Yesterday i rebooted the device because for some reason it was not showing any video output anymore, so i disconnected the power and plugged the power back in.
But im not able to get any boot or video output anymore.

When i attach a keyboard, its not showing any leds and no num boot.

I did found something else when i was closely looking to the board...
Is this damaged? Or is it supposed to look like this...

Hi Sir,
You can see 2 inductors were pressed broken by extra force, I am not sure if anything droped or pressed on the board?
It is hardware damage, please contact our sale (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) for RMA.

This would be weird as the unit is mounted inside: Aluminium Alloy Case for Jaguarboard.
And has not moved from the time i have placed it on the Television...

For analyse i opened the Case and removed the board so i could take some pictures and noticed the damage...
