Hi, I'm a very experienced PC builder. I have been working with this Jaguar Board for over 2 weeks now and have failed to get any operating system installed.
I first flashed the UEFI BIOS to .43 for a Windows install. Next, used a bootable USB drive with Windows 10 but it was a 64 bit version and didn't work. My fault. Tried to go buy a 32 bit version locally but they want too much money. Decided to try flashing back to .42 BIOS version and install Debian 8.3. The install went fine but when it tried booting the first time it failed to start. I used the recovery mode and looked at the log. It said /bin/plymouth could not be found! I tried install again using different settings but still no help. Decided to flash back to .43 for a Windows install. On a different computer I used the Microsoft media creation tool and downloaded Windows 10 PRO 32 bit version and used Rufus to make a USB bootable stick with that ISO file. finally it starts the Windows install fine but then gets to the point where it says "setting up drivers" then, you see dots circling around for about one and a half minutes (with big Intel Logo) then the LEDs on the board start to flash about 4 or 5 times then dead display forever. WTF!
I have built many computers since 1994 and have never had such a difficult time. Please send me a new board. This one is junk! I will attach a video if you like on a later post.

So sorry to hear the struggle you suffered. Please try follow steps:
1. Flash UEFI to 64 bit for linux;
2. Get a USB thumb and follow the guide below to create OpenELEC bootable drive;

3. Power on the board and press F11 to boot from the USB thumb.
4. Let me know the result, if possible, record the all steps by video and share to us.

Strangely I figured this out on my own but you helped me. When I went to the page you pointed to for OpenELEC, it mentions an HDMI to VGA adapter. That made me think that maybe the monitor I am using is the problem. I switched to a different monitor that only has DVI and VGA connectors. I have a cable that adapts the HDMI out on the board to DVI for that monitor. I plugged it all in, powered up everything and tried the Windows 10 Pro 32 bit install again and YEA... It WORKED! I think it may be because of the audio built into that original monitor (through the HDMI connector) that may be the problem. I will later try the Debian 8.3 and other OS platforms. Later and report back to you about the progress. It's strange how ideas on how to fix things sometimes just come from nowhere. The original monitor is a Samsung Syncmaster B2430HD. Maybe you should post a warning not to use the HDMI connection on monitors. Just a thought. I feel like a Beta tester now!

Use a higher amperage power supply. I needed 4A to power the board and my external DVD Drive.

I had exactly the same symptoms as you before I did this.
