Other than the power port are there any other board connections, such as the two pads marked (+) and (-), which I may provide power ? I would like to use this board with other power sources...

Hi Sir,
We do not provide pins for power out, but we will make it in next version.

I should have stated "power input", I need a way to power the board without the provided connector. I suppose I can just solder to the connector points, no problem. Any detail on what the (+) and (-) pads are for?

my powered USB hub will keep the board running if the power is disconnected BUT I don't know if that has enough power to run it correctly
Last Edit: 6 years 6 months ago by ke7lhu. Reason: spelling

The input power connector is the only source for the board, you can use power bank to provide power to run it, just remember, it needs at least 5v,2a input.
