TOPIC: jag one cannot boot from any device, iso

jag one cannot boot from any device, iso 9 months 2 weeks ago #921

thanks! ive been using rufus with my new flash disk and I was successfully able to boot up debian!! very lovely smooth environment aahhh, then with the new disk i flashed bios with w32 firmware again and installed windows 10 beautifully, I'm running in windows 10 right now from some 14~gb onboard disk i guess. I wasnt able to install windows 10 onto my desired 128gb disk. I can figure out how to transfer my install and reconfigure the bootdata >> to the 128gb disk later.
Thank you for the disk image of ubuntu 14, ill keep this in my server and test it out later [might likely buy another]
Only having mild driver issues with windows 10, working on resolving that now

-tell me, is there an internal storage chip on the board that I installed win32 on? there is no 15ish gb disk in.. any filesystems connected- only my 128gb single partition[which was not visible in windows install due to usbdisk/harddisk conflict]- so may I assume this is an onboard area that also has fedora 22 data by default?
~~although debian worked beautifully, ubuntu and linux mint both failed to boot because of a soft lockup, hopefully your image will serve me better when I need to unleash the power of Linux
Thanks again! :)

Good news!

The onboard storage is 16GB eMMC flash, you can install win8.1/10 32bit system and 64bit linux system on it. The TF slot is not supportable for booting system, only for data storage. But you can install linux system into USB disk and boot from usb disk if you need.
