So sorry for that, sir!

Can you remove the IC first, then try to connect your monitor or TV?

After you powered on, pls connect a usb keyboard and check if the NumLock led will be ON or OFF?

I think it might be have some IOT issue with HDMI port.
I have 2 monitor, same model. After I upload support windows's bios,The one I can't see any boot up message. before windows logo shows up.
Can't show up BIOS menu too. The other one it working perfectly.
But using support linux's biso is working perfectly with two monitor.

Maybe it is because of hdmi driver or something? Not sure, it is ok with my monitor.

NumLock is ON means the system is UP, if you check your router, there should be a IP assigned to JaguardBoard.
Did u try to remove the IC i show in picture? what is result?

I am facing similar problem.
Seems jaguarboard will going to sleep state, Although I set Win10 without power saving.
Press all button on the board, never bring system back.
Need power cycle to boot up system.

Hi weitinglu,
I booted up win10 24 hours ago, now i can wake it up by keyboard normally. How long did you test win10 about the sleeping issue?
