We never tried win 10 iot before, but i saw a kickstarter said he made it. We will try to ask him to share his steps.

@tim,@nunyafb I'm certainly willing to share & help the community with this, however I MUST point out a few things:

1. this is NOT supported by Microsoft or Myself
2. it is a hack of the build process and MAY kill the JaguarBoard should anything go wrong
3. this requires you to have access to Microsoft tools under the MSDN agreement

I tried to run windows 10 IoT for Minnowboard Max on JaguarBoard, seems to work fine except the USB NIC is not detected, but you can use USB WIFI dongle to make it work. More details will be updated next week.

@tim, your along the right lines; I used the Minoboard Max as a reference image and the added the Windows Drivers;
I also changed the default app to show the JargarBoard as the logo (see GitHub for the Microsoft Windows 10 IoT core source code)

BTW, I am in the process of re-running all the steps done to get this deployed;
so I can document/blog a step-by-step guide.
