You need to go to the device manager and point to that graphics folder.
Right click The Start button and go to Device Manager, expand the Display Adapter, Right Click on the Basic VGA Adapter it lists and click update driver, then point it to the location of the Graphics folder. Make sure the Zip File is extracted before doing this.
