I discovered something new that may give a hint to my problem. When I try to start from my USB drive to install windows Android starts up and copies some files to my thumb drive. My theory is that when I attempted to install android I installed it on to some internal partition on the board that is overriding anything I attempt to do. Is there a way to reformat the internal memory on the board or reset to default state?

I watched the video, you can boot the android, so your current UEFI version must be 64 bit for linux, you use the wrong UEFI!
If you want to run windows, you have to flash the 32 bit UEFI for windows!

Yea. Already did that. On the Bios screen it says JBTCR 0.43.
