64 bit. Where does the OS install, if not to the SD storage?

Only Win10 32bit is available, the storage is eMMC flash, not SD.

1. You mean Windows to Go?
2. Or you want to create a bootable USB driver to install windows into the 16Gb eMMC flash?
If 1, you can't do that! The USB 2.0 interface can not provide enough speed to boot whole windows from USB drive, it will be freezing;
if 2, just use rufus to create usb bootable drive and proceed the installation.

I think that is answered here (at least partly).

I didn't test, but if you take for example an Ubuntu distribution DVD and plug in a pendrive when you want to install it, perhaps you could choose the pendrive as destination device (as if it were a hard disk).
